Scientists say that Mindfulness Meditation can reduce anxiety, relieve headaches, increase stamina, lower blood pressure, decrease pain, improve digestion and elimination, enhance memory, the list keeps growing.....So what do you think might happen if we combine Music and Mindfulness Meditation?
