The Aquatics division offers a variety of programming for swimmers of all ages and skills including swim lessons, aquatic exercise, lap swim, lifeguard certification, swim team and swim club.
Aqua ExerciseCome in for dynamic water exercise with friends and experience fun and fitness! These workouts allow participants to work at their own pace and intensity according to each individual’s ability, while avoiding impact to joints and creating a perfect balance for rehabilitation. Participants should be comfortable in chest-deep water and be in relatively good health. Passes are good for 4 months from the date purchased.
