Fitness Bootcamp with Jess!Bootcamp can be a class for everyone looking to move their body! We will incorporate weights, bands or strictly body weight into our weekly workout. The class will be different each week and will be a mix of aerobic exercise, strength training, and involves bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity. You will need to bring a mat, water, and a towel. If you do not have weights you can always improvise with a bookbag and water bottles, cans etc. All fitness levels are welcome and intensity can be modified to beginner, intermediate, or an advanced level. Mat PilatesFind a roomy place in your home and join Pilates instructor, Tony Binkowski, live on Zoom to learn how to strengthen your core muscles, elongate your form, and work out your arms and legs with Mat Pilates.
