Yoga practice increases circulation in the joints and improves overall fitness and joint flexibility. You will finish each class feeling relaxed and refreshed. Push back the furniture, set up your yoga mat, and join us for this virtual workout.
Fitness Boot Camp with Jess!Bootcamp can be a class for everyone looking to move their body this summer! We will incorporate weights, bands or strictly body weight into our weekly workout. The class will be different each week and will be a mix of aerobic exercise, strength training, and involves bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity. You will need to bring a mat, water, and a towel. If you do not have weights you can always improvise with a bookbag and water bottles, cans etc. All fitness levels are welcome and intensity can be modified to beginner, intermediate, or an advanced level. If you show up and move you’re succeeding! So, drop the kids off at camp and let's do this! If it is too hot or if it is raining, the class will meet via Zoom.
