Zoo Trip + Asian Lantern Festival

Adaptive Recreation / Adaptive Recreation for Teens & Adults -
Spring/Summer 2024

The amazing sight of animals, the beautiful shining lights of the lanterns, and the tradition that has become loved by many over the years. The Cleveland Metroparks Zoo’s Asian Lantern Festival is an incredible light show that is set up all around the zoo! It includes a wide variety of amazing lanterns, live acrobatic performances, culturally inspired food, and so much more. Every year this event gets bigger and bigger. Before it starts to get dark out participants will get the opportunity to explore the zoo and see all the incredible animals it has to offer. Participants must pack their own meal/beverage for dinner. Transportation to and from Pepper Pike Learning Center will be provided. Please meet in the parking lot of the Pepper Pike Learning Center at 10 am. Bring a brown bag lunch.
