Whether you're looking to run your very first 5k, set a personal record, looking for a group to run with to help hold you accountable, or just meet new people & have fun, this is the training program for you! We have partnered with Fleet Feet in Pepper Pike to create this running club. Join us for our group runs Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings from the Pepper Pike Fleet Feet store or other locations around the community (meeting spots will be shared ahead of time) Sessions will be guided by experienced & passionate coaches who will lead you through a dynamic warm-up, provide support along the route, and lead a post-run strength or stretching routine. We've got you covered outside of group runs as well with a comprehensive 8-week training calendar that provides the recommended mileage, workouts, & recovery necessary to conquer the Happy Heights 5K + 10K or your Fall goal race.
