In this one-time creative mindfulness workshop, we‘ll learn all about the power of positivity and how it benefits our mindset, health, and relationships. Students will paint a rock of their choice that symbolizes their power of positive thinking and serves as a reminder to practice throughout the day. This workshop is offered for grades K-2 on Monday and grades 3 - 5 on Wednesday. All supplies are provided; a supplemental learning kit is available to purchase from the instructor at the time of registration.

In this one-time creative mindfulness workshop, we'll discuss students' visions for the future, goal-setting, motivation, and the positive effects of personal achievement. Each student will create a vision board to manifest their goals and help bring them to life. This workshop is offered for grades K-2 on Monday and grades 3 - 5 on Wednesday.
