Our Emotion Commotion class is a fun, interactive course where kids will learn about a different emotion each week and discover tools to help them manage their feelings. Through games, discussions, themed snacks and activities, students will explore how to recognize and express emotions in healthy ways, while learning strategies to stay calm and focused, even when emotions run high!
