This Self-Advocacy and Safety course empowers individuals with the skills and knowledge to advocate for their own needs, rights, and well-being. Participants will learn how to communicate effectively, make informed decisions, and navigate challenges in personal and public spaces. Advocating for your own needs can be one of the most difficult tasks, with the help of Orange Resource Officers we will explore practical strategies to help you confidently express your needs, set healthy boundaries, communicate needs and fell confident in safety situations.
