Introduction to Qigong


Adult Recreation & Enrichment / Health & Fitness -
Spring / Summer 2025

Qigong, a traditional Chinese mind-body practice, focuses on the integration of life force energy to bring beneficial effects at physical and emotional levels. It uses posture, gentle, slow and powerful movements that when coordinated with breathing lead (over time and practice) to multiple benefits. This class will also offer stress management strategies for emotional resilience and well-being. It is a universal practice beneficial for people of all ages. It requires no special equipment or clothing; must pre-register.
