Mat Pilates.

Step onto the mat and feel the energy! This class is for every body, combining mindful movement, breath, and strength-building exercises to improve balance, flexibility and core stability. Using balance balls, resistance bands, yoga blocks, and dumbbells, each session is empowering, energizing and designed to leave you feeling stronger in your body and more connected through movement. 

 No class September 23, October 2 & November 25, 27 & 29.
