An open discussion on Fitness, and culinary health, Referencing Nationally recognized fitness, diet and nutrition practices, and the newest scientific research. We will discuss how to integrate these best practices into your daily life for fitness, and culinary health. Bring to the discussion questions and experiences about your personal fitness and culinary journey. We welcome examples of your personal obstacles, successes and challenges. Sources include: The Dietary guidelines for Americans, The American council on Exercise, Physical Activity guidelines for Americans, The American Heart association, My Plate, and Blue Zones. This is a discussion on fitness and culinary health. Scott Meyerson & the Orange Senior Center are not providing medical or dietary advise. Please consult with your medical team before participating in an exercise program, or making any changes to your diet.
