Tai Chi Bang


Senior Adult / Exercise, Fitness & Dance -
Fall 2025

The "bang" or "ruler" is a short stick that is used in qigong exercises to strengthen the whole body, but particularly the upper body, move qi throughout the body, and enhance relaxation while having fun. This class will be teaching movements in a sequential manner with plenty of time for practice. "Bangs" will be provided by instructor Libby Hill for each class and information for purchasing will be provided.
