Everyday Mobility & Balance Class


Senior Adult / Exercise, Fitness & Dance -
Fall 2025

Strength, balance, and fall prevention go hand in hand. This fun fitness class will focus on your balance while building strength using convenient everyday household items, while balancing on a variety of

surfaces (including a balance board). Learn practical skills you can incorporate into your every day life to increase your fitness, burning calories and building muscle mass and improving bone density. Group challenging games and individual one on one coaching will challenge and grow your balance skills while having fun. This class is limited to 5 participants for a more personal trainer

experience. exercise clothes, yoga socks or bare foot preferred. If you would like more information, please contact the Senior Center. No class September 26 & November 28
