The Orange Art Center (OAC) is a division of Orange Community Education & Recreation. OAC is located on the Orange Schools campus and has a 40-year history of offering fine art classes to adults and K-12 young artists.
Lions Club Extended Care is a before and after school and camp activity-based program for students in grades K-5, focusing on social and recreational activities designed to provide children with a choice of developmentally appropriate activities.
The Orange Senior Center is the district's focal point for programs and services specific to individuals age 55 and over. The program provides opportunities for enrichment, education, socialization and companionship in a welcoming atmosphere.

Youth enrichment camps offer children the opportunity to explore new things from cooking to photography to music and more!
NEW! A special 3-week ceramics class is here. Running late summer before fall classes begin, this focused course welcomes all skill levels. Students learn wheel-throwing and handbuilding techniques to create functional pottery forms such as mugs, bowls, and dishes. Week 1 is dedicated to wet work; week 2 focuses on trimming and refinement; and week 3 covers glazing using a range of studio glazes. Beginners build a strong foundation; experienced students can refine forms, surface design, and glaze combinations. All skill levels welcome. All supplies provided.
Ami Kamerer graduated from Cleveland State, with a degree in Art Education, and a concentration in Ceramics.She has taught K-12 public education for the last 10 years. She has taken continuing education/masters classes in drawing, painting, and ceramics.In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors with her dog Lucy, and going on hikes. She loves creating art in many different mediums, and spending time with family.
