The Orange Art Center (OAC) is a division of Orange Community Education & Recreation. OAC is located on the Orange Schools campus and has a 40-year history of offering fine art classes to adults and K-12 young artists.
Lions Club Extended Care is a before and after school and camp activity-based program for students in grades K-5, focusing on social and recreational activities designed to provide children with a choice of developmentally appropriate activities.
The Orange Senior Center is the district's focal point for programs and services specific to individuals age 55 and over. The program provides opportunities for enrichment, education, socialization and companionship in a welcoming atmosphere.

Youth enrichment camps offer children the opportunity to explore new things from cooking to photography to music and more!
Learn to draw from scratch, or delve deeper into your skills in this fun course! Learn about various drawing tools and techniques such as shading, perspective, and portraiture while gaining (or further developing) skills and confidence. Drawing is a key foundation skill that will carry throughout your artist journey! All skill levels are welcome! Already taken this class? Enroll in additional sessions to further develop your skills. A supply list will be emailed at the time of registration. Approximate supply cost, depending on materials already owned: $45. No class September 23 and November 25.
Eddie Mitchell has been teaching drawing and painting across Northeast Ohio for close to 30 years, at esteemed institutions such as the Cleveland Institute of Art and Lakeland Community College. He is represented by galleries in Ohio, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, and has been commissioned for various and numerous prominent public locations. He has participated in over 185 art shows.
When it comes to his art practice, Mitchell explains, "I love the fact that light engenders a sense of extravagant joy and ingratiating optimism. It is this sense of joy and optimism that I am endeavoring to convey in my paintings. I am also captivated by the magical energy of color, which enhances this play of light and intensifies this feeling of cheerfulness and euphoria."
