Orange Community Education & Recreation’s Orange Early Childhood Preschool is a public preschool licensed by the Ohio Department of Education and holds a current accreditation through NAEYC - The National Association for the Education of Young Children.
Our Early Childhood program includes a variety of educational, developmentally appropriate activities designed for young children.
The Orange Art Center (OAC) is a division of Orange Community Education & Recreation. OAC is located on the Orange Schools campus and has a 40-year history of offering fine art classes to adults and K-12 young artists.
Lions Club Extended Care is a before and after school and camp activity-based program for students in grades K-5, focusing on social and recreational activities designed to provide children with a choice of developmentally appropriate activities.
The Orange Senior Center is the district's focal point for programs and services specific to individuals age 55 and over. The program provides opportunities for enrichment, education, socialization and companionship in a welcoming atmosphere.

Youth enrichment camps offer children the opportunity to explore new things from cooking to photography to music and more!
Are you looking for an artist community of painters? Look no more! This painter-designed studio setting will inspire you as you explore the world of painting with oils. As drawing skills are needed, OAC offers a variety of drawing classes to choose from. All painters are welcome in this open studio environment. Enroll in additional sessions to further develop your skills. A supply list will be emailed at the time of registration. Approximate supply cost, depending on materials already owned: $180. No class September 23 and November 25.
John A Sargent III is a native Clevelander and professional artist since 1988 graduating with his MFA in painting from Ohio State in 1988. His work is represented locally in such collections as Progressive Insurance, The Cleveland Clinic, Calfee Halter & Griswold LLP, The Weatherhead School of Management, Parker Hannifin, Cleveland Ronald McDonald House. He is represented locally by the Bonfoey Gallery. He is also represented nationally and internationally in the Benetton Corporation, Pfizer Corporation and the US Supreme Court. He has taught locally at the Orange Art Center, Cleveland Institute of Art, and Tri C. He has had the privilege of teaching at The Albright Knox Museum in Buffalo. He is a board member of the Artist Archives of the Western Reserve and serves on the Gallery Committee at Valley Arts Center.
