Intermediate Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a holistic practice that connects the mind, body, and spirit, making it one of the most effective exercises for overall health and well-being. While it offers a deep understanding and skill set, Tai Chi is accessible and easy to learn, providing noticeable health benefits in a short amount of time. It is a lifelong journey for many practitioners, helping to reduce stress, improve balance and flexibility, and enhance focus. This intermediate-level class will guide you through forms and movements that can be done both seated or standing. No class April 30.
