Senior Adult / Exercise, Fitness & Dance -
Winter 2026

Throughout this course the focus will be on using resistance to gain muscle mass and increase bone density, and reduce injury risks. This course can be done at any intensity. Modifications can be provided by the instructor. Must pre-register. No Class February 6
