The Orange Art Center (OAC) is a division of Orange Community Education & Recreation. OAC is located on the Orange Schools campus and has a 40-year history of offering fine art classes to adults and K-12 young artists.
Lions Club Extended Care is a before and after school and camp activity-based program for students in grades K-5, focusing on social and recreational activities designed to provide children with a choice of developmentally appropriate activities.
The Orange Senior Center is the district's focal point for programs and services specific to individuals age 55 and over. The program provides opportunities for enrichment, education, socialization and companionship in a welcoming atmosphere.

Youth enrichment camps offer children the opportunity to explore new things from cooking to photography to music and more!
10-week classes are back! In this invigorating course, beginner students learn basic wheel-throwing and handbuilding ceramic techniques used to create basic pottery forms such as mugs, bowls, and dishes. Experienced students can deepen their pottery knowledge and evolve their skills through various surface designs, forms, and glazing combinations using our new glazes. All supplies are provided, including 5 lbs of clay. Additional clay is available for purchase for $10 per 5 lbs, which includes glazes and OAC firing costs. Student artwork must be picked up within two weeks of the session ending. After that, unclaimed work may be discarded.
Ami Kamerer graduated from Cleveland State, with a degree in Art Education, and a concentration in Ceramics.She has taught K-12 public education for the last 10 years. She has taken continuing education/masters classes in drawing, painting, and ceramics.In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors with her dog Lucy, and going on hikes. She loves creating art in many different mediums, and spending time with family.
