The Orange Art Center (OAC) is a division of Orange Community Education & Recreation. OAC is located on the Orange Schools campus and has a 40-year history of offering fine art classes to adults and K-12 young artists.
Lions Club Extended Care is a before and after school and camp activity-based program for students in grades K-5, focusing on social and recreational activities designed to provide children with a choice of developmentally appropriate activities.
The Orange Senior Center is the district's focal point for programs and services specific to individuals age 55 and over. The program provides opportunities for enrichment, education, socialization and companionship in a welcoming atmosphere.

Youth enrichment camps offer children the opportunity to explore new things from cooking to photography to music and more!
New at the OAC: Art Explorers: Ceramics is now available as a Thursday option for Grades 3–5. Young artists will explore clay through handbuilding, surface design, and glazing techniques to create original ceramic pieces. This ceramics-focused day offers expanded opportunities for clay work within our established Art Explorers program, while still providing group and individual instruction. All supplies included. Grades K–2 meet Mondays and Tuesdays; Grades 3–5 meet Wednesdays (Art Explorers) and Thursdays (Art Explorers – Ceramics). Resident students will be chaperoned and shuttled from Moreland Hills Elementary to the Art Center. Student artwork must be picked up within two weeks of the session ending. After that, unclaimed work may be discarded.
Leila Khoury is a multidisciplinary artist who visualizes the connections between placemaking, the built environment, and community histories through a multifaceted practice in sculpture, scenic and architectural design, printed matter, and storytelling. Khoury received her BFA in Interdisciplinary Sculpture from the Maryland Institute College of Art and her Master of Architecture and Certificate in Historic Preservation from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.Khoury’s work has been featured in solo and group exhibitions in Cleveland and Columbus, OH; New York City and Troy, NY; Chicago, IL; Baltimore, MD; Washington, D.C.; Pittsburgh, PA; Waukesha, WI; and Subhan, Kuwait. She was recently awarded the 2025 Artist Residency at the Arab American National Museum, the 2025 PROOF Fellowship at Zygote Press, and the 2024 Creative Impact Fund. In 2018, two sculptures by Khoury were featured in the National Museum of Women in the Arts’ exhibition series, Women to Watch.
