    Orange Art Center Digital Art courses are designed to offer a variety digital mediums for the beginner to experienced students. Digital courses are online and are taught by highly qualified instructors in the fine art design industry. Students will appreciate the easy access to high quality fine arts online learning.
  • Discovery Extended Care

    Discovery Class Care is care from 4:45 - 6 pm for children needing supervision after any After School Discovery class offered at the Pepper Pike Learning Center. Children enrolled in this option will attend their class, then be escorted to Lions Club until pick-up at 6 pm.
  • Early Childhood Camps

    The Orange Early Childhood Camp offers a fun and creative learning environment for children ages 2-5 who have not entered Kindergarten. This year’s camp offers a choice of weekly camps, each with a different theme. The camp day will include art, outdoor activities, pretend play, science discovery, and hands-on projects. Extended care is also available.

    The Orange Art Center (OAC) is a division of Orange Community Education & Recreation. OAC is located on the Orange Schools campus and offers fine art classes to adults and K-12 young artists.     Youth football programs are geared to preparing youth athletes for future success on the football field as Orange Lions. Orange Youth Sports offers programs from preschool through 6th grade. Preschool-level flag football classes are geared to a fun introduction to the fundamentals of the game. Flag Football Leagues are designed for those who love football and the fast- paced action of the game in a safe, fundamental based environment- no tackling, no pads, and lots of fun! The Tackle Football program partners with the Cleveland Browns and their growing youth football initiative, Rookie Tackle. This is a fast, safe, and fun adaptation of youth football that includes players of all skill levels. Games are played 7 vs 7 on smaller fields for safer plays and more action.

  • Preschool Theatre

    Stagecrafters Youth Theatre is a dramatic arts program which seeks to help each student realize a positive self-image through the practice and technique of theatre. The program seeks to provide a family atmosphere, fostering growth and confidence within each individual, through their philosophy of process over product. Stagecrafters prides itself on nurturing students' independence while maintaining the importance of teamwork. From afterschool and Saturday classes to Private Coaching for Acting and Voice, Stagecrafters offers a wide variety of classes and activities for students of all ages from preschool on up. We stage eight mainstage productions each year!
  • Private Music Lessons

    Want to work on your vocal range or learn to play the piano or drums? Private weekly 30- minute lessons are available with our talented and professional team members to help you expand your craft. You can work on material of your choice, making weekly lessons a great way to prepare for an upcoming audition. There is a detailed cancellation policy, please inquire about it prior to registering. Lessons are by advanced appointment only and must be paid for at the time of booking. Please note that private lessons are not considered a Stagecrafters class. Once you register for a day, the coach will reach out to participants on a first come first serve basis to select a time. Please understand that you may not receive your first choice of time but we will do our best to accommodate all schedules. Attendance Policy: Lessons missed due to student illness or any other circumstance are still considered billable. Lessons canceled due to school closing, graded school events only (i.e. – band/choir concerts – if advanced notice is given) or a Stagecrafters approved event are excused and you will not be billed for the lesson. Please be aware that a written note or courtesy call to cancel a lesson does not mark that lesson as “excused” and our coaching staff is not required to follow-up with each student regarding absences. LIST OF COACHES BELOW: Ann Marie Falcone, Vocals and Piano - $45 per 30 Minute Lesson Ann Marie is a composer, soprano, clarinetist and music teacher who is grateful for the lessons she received throughout her life. She has been teaching since 1994, and her students have accomplished great thing, including: being accepted to the Cleveland Youth Orchestra, Cleveland Youth Wind Symphonies, the Contemporary Youth Orchestra and the Cleveland Music School Settlement Orchestra. Her students participate in studio recitals and OMEA contests, and two have even won a Cleveland Heights High School senior solo in their concerto competition. Her voice students have joined the Singing Angels of Cleveland and performed in musicals at Heights Youth Theater, Beachwood Theater, the Beck Center, Hathaway Brown’s Summer Theatre Institute as well as their school productions and of course Stagecrafters productions. Maria DiDonato, Vocals and Piano - $45 per 30 Minute Lesson Maria has her Masters in vocal performance and bachelors degree in music education with a minor in theatre. Maria is currently a Music Theory professor at Cuyahoga Community College at the Western Campus and is the music director for Cleveland State University. Maria not only enjoys teaching vocal techniques to all ages; she also enjoys performing. Maria is a gem to our team. Justin Hart, Drums - $45 Per 30 Minute Lesson Justin is a Cleveland-based professional drummer and percussionist with over twenty-five years of musical experience. He has enjoyed working as a freelance drummer for theater, recordings and live performances for the past decade around Ohio and neighboring states. He is always excited to help students follow their beat through music. Claire Connelly, Vocals - $45 per 30 Minute Lesson Claire is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and she recently received her masters degree in vocal performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music. Claire has performed in numerous operas, operettas and musical theater around the country and she continues to perform in the Cleveland area. She has been a loyal Stagecrafters team member for over ten years and brings priceless experience to our team. Samantha Weiskind, Vocals - $40 per 30 Minute Lesson Samantha is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Music Education. She currently serves as the choir director for West Geauga Middle and High School in addition to pursuing a Master of Music in Music Education at Kent State University. Katie Kitchen, Vocals and Piano - $40 per 30 Minute Lesson Katie involves herself with a wide variety of music, from contemporary, jazz, and musical theater, to Handel, Bach or Mozart. A native of NW Ohio, she performed in regional theaters and was active as a vocalist, pianist, and percussionist. Since living in Cleveland, Katie has been pursuing a Bachelor's in Voice Performance at Cleveland State University, singing professionally, attending young artist programs in New York, and is the recipient of the Shari Bierman Fellowship Scholarship with the Cleveland Orchestra Chorus for the past three years. She applies her performance experience and love of vocal science and pedagogy to her coaching, and aims to be a supportive and engaging teacher to all of her students.

  • Soccer

    Orange Community Education & Recreation offers a wide variety of soccer programs. Preschool and Clinic programs are led by Coach Dennis Weyn from the Weyn Soccer Group. The primary goal at this level is to teach fundamentals and foot skills in a fun, non-competitive nature. Leagues and light-competitive games are available for all of our groups, Pre-K to Grade 6. Orange Youth Sports partners with Force Sports to provide Travel soccer to experienced players in the community as a part of the Orange Soccer Club. Travel soccer is for those who are committed year-round to a highly competitive sports environment. All our recreational soccer programs are grouped by grade. More information for your program will be available upon registration.
