Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to rockstars of all ages and abilities. Each session is a drop in and you will have until 4pm the day before to register. If we do not have enough signed up to run the class we will notify you all and refund you by 10am the morning of.
  • Little Rabbits Parent and Me Gymnastics

    Looking for something new and fun to do with your toddler? Then join our Little Rabbits Gymnastics Class! We have partnered with Gymnastics and Parkour School in Beachwood to offer a 45 minute fitness and gymnastics class filled with non-stop fun for 1.5-3 year olds. This class requires parent participation to help guide the children through various activities in class that include stretching, obstacle courses, trampoline, beams, and bars.

    Qigong, a traditional Chinese mind-body practice, focuses on the integration of life force energy to bring beneficial effects at physical and emotional levels. It uses posture, gentle, slow and powerful movements that when coordinated with breathing lead (over time and practice) to multiple benefits. This class will also offer stress management strategies for emotional resilience and well being. It is a universal practice beneficial for people of all ages. It requires no special equipment or clothing; must pre-register.

    An interactive nutrition and health session, offered by a Registered Dietitian, where you can see, touch, taste and learn what it is like to make a healthy lifestyle transformation, regardless of your age and health status. After 90 minutes you will shift your mindset about food, learn how to volumize your meals and transform your kitchen for good health.
