The Orange Senior Center is the district's focal point for programs and services specific to individuals age 55 and over. The program provides opportunities for enrichment, education, socialization and companionship in a welcoming atmosphere.

    An open discussion on Fitness, and culinary health, Referencing Nationally recognized fitness, diet and nutrition practices, and the newest scientific research. We will discuss how to integrate these best practices into your daily life for fitness, and culinary health. Bring to the discussion questions and experiences about your personal fitness and culinary journey. We welcome examples of your personal obstacles, successes and challenges. Sources include: The Dietary guidelines for Americans, The American council on Exercise, Physical Activity guidelines for Americans, The American Heart association, My Plate, and Blue Zones. This event will cover how to identify fraudulent schemes, understand common scam tactics, and take practical steps to protect yourself and your personal information.The Mobile Flashes program is a Kent State initiative that delivers wellness services and educational resources directly to senior centers throughout Northeast Ohio.
