Strength & BalanceExercise, Fitness & DanceTake the basic Strength and Balance class to begin your journey to better movement. Combining both standing and sitting movements, we work to improve overall strength and basic balance training using light weights, bands, and various exercise balls. Cardio Core & BalanceExercise, Fitness & DanceA new twist to Cardio & Core, this intermediate to advanced level class is for those who are looking for a more intense workout. This class is done in circuit training style rotating cardio conditioning and strength training for a maximum work out. Both standing and floor exercises are included in this class. Equipment is provided and you can bring your own weights for even more of a workout! There are no prerequisites for this class; however please note this class requires you to be able to get down to the floor and back to standing, with assistance if needed.Spring / Summer 2025
